STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY FROM 1 MAY 2022
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity of the date of the trip selected at the time of making the purchase. In the case of contracting the authorization management, it is important to note that this service is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the authorization management has been contracted, no refunds are allowed, regardless of whether you later decide to cancel the reservation or make modifications.
The amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method that was used when making the purchase. Approximate term between 3 to 15 working days.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject a purchase for any reason, including:
- The unavailability of entry authorizations to Lobos Island.
- Error in the price.
- Description or image of the service and / or activity.
- Adverse weather conditions.
DATE AND TIME CHANGES
Any change of schedule, date or activity will be subject to availability of places. Therefore, please carefully review the details of your reservation when making the purchase.
For packs that include bike rental, modifications will be allowed only up to 24 hours before the selected date of the activity at the time of purchase.
It is important to note that after this 24-hour limit before the scheduled date, changes to bike rental will not be allowed, and any modification or cancellation related to this service will result in the loss of the bike rental. Likewise, no refunds will be provided for bike rental in case of cancellation after this period.
BOARDING TIME LIMIT
As a general rule, the passenger must be ready for boarding and provided with the corresponding documentation -confirmation of reservation or boarding pass and personal documentation- with an advance of 20 minutes before the boat’s departure.
The deadline for acceptance to boarding is 10 min. before the boat’s scheduled departure time. After the boarding time limit, the seat reservation will be automatically lost, leaving the boarding acceptance subject to availability.
IN CASE OF ARRIVING LATE OR NOT SHOWING UP ON TIME FOR BOARDING
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if for any reason the ticket holder does not show up on the date and time indicated, the ticket will be considered expired and there is no right to reimbursement.
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event that the boat’s departures have been canceled due to bad weather, you can request to change your ticket for another day or request a refund of your money.
IMPORTANT: valid conditions for tickets issued on website and official ticket offices, if you have purchased a ticket for any of our activities through a travel agency, tourist intermediary and / or hotel, the refund must be requested directly and the cancellation conditions will be governed by the conditions details of the establishment.
