Free cancellation up to 24 hours before of the activity of the date of the trip selected at the time of making the purchase.

BOARDING TIME LIMIT
As a general rule, the passenger must be ready for boarding and provided with the corresponding documentation -confirmation of reservation or boarding pass and personal documentation- with a advance of 10 minutes. before the ship’s departure.
The deadline for acceptance to boarding is 10 min. before the ship’s scheduled departure time. After the boarding time limit, the seat reservation will be automatically lost, leaving the boarding acceptance subject to availability.
IN CASE OF NO SHOW
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if for any reason the ticket holder does not show up on the date and time indicated, the ticket will be considered expired and there is no right to reimbursement.
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event that the ship’s departures have been canceled due to bad weather, you can request to change your ticket for another day or request a refund of your money.
