Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity on the selected travel date at the time of purchase. If you purchase authorization management, please note that this service is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once authorization management has been purchased, no refunds are permitted, regardless of whether you later decide to cancel the booking or make modifications. The amount paid will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow approximately 3 to 15 business days for processing. The company reserves the right to accept or reject a purchase for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The unavailability of entry permits to the Islote de Lobos natural park, for activities that require them.
  • Price error.
  • Description or image of the service and/or activity.
  • Adverse weather conditions.

 

In case of arriving late or not showing up on time for boarding

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if for any reason the ticket holder does not appear on the date and time indicated, the ticket will be considered expired and there is no right to a refund or changes of time and date.

 

Date and time changes

Any changes to the schedule, date, or activity are subject to availability. Therefore, please carefully review your booking details at checkout. For packages that include bicycle rental, modifications are only permitted up to 24 hours before the selected date. It is important to note that after this 24-hour deadline, no changes to the bicycle rental will be allowed, and any modification or cancellation related to this service will result in its forfeiture. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for bicycle rentals canceled after this timeframe.

 

Shipping deadline

As a general rule, passengers must be ready for boarding and have their corresponding documentation – booking confirmation or boarding pass and personal identification – 20 minutes before the ship's departure. The boarding deadline is 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. After this deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and boarding will be subject to availability. Customers who have any of the following activities must complete the Check-in with 30 minutes in advance of the start time of the activity.

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions

In the event that the boat departures have been cancelled due to bad weather, you can request to change your ticket to another day or request a refund of your money.

 

IMPORTANT: These conditions apply to tickets issued on the Nortour website and at Nortour sales points. If you purchased a ticket for any of our activities through a travel agency, tour operator, and/or hotel, the cancellation policy will be governed by the establishment's specific terms and conditions. If a refund is due, you must request it at the same point of sale where you made the purchase.a.
