Nortour S.L. informs users that, according to the organic law 15/1999 of the 13th December of Personal Data Protection, Nortour is registered in the R.G.P.D (General Registry of Data Protection) as an owner of personal data files, where your data will be saved in order to provide you with the requested service and to send you information about our company which may be of your interest.
SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Sending your personal data is obligatory in order to get contacted and to receive information about the provided services by Nortour. The user accepts to proportion complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
Nortour is not responsable for the truth of information not given by them and that which refers to another source. Therefore Nortour is not responsable for any possible damages caused by the use of such information. When the information Nortour provides is taken from another source, Nortour will not be responsable for any injury or damages the user may suffer as a result of any errors, defects or omissions.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Nortour does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in case that data is transferred to a third party, express permission shall be sought from the user, pursuant to Article 6 of the Data Protection Act (LOPD).
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
Users can send their concerns and exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition by post to C/ Bajo Amarillo, 28. 35660 Corralejo, Las Palmas; or send an email under the subject “DATA PROTECTION” to: email@example.com along with a valid proof of identity such as a photocopy of an official ID.
ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
Nortour reserves the right to amend the present policy in order to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudential or industrial practices.
Is this the case, Nortour will announce on their page any future amendments before they will be effective. In order to offer you the best service and in order to make the use easier for you, we analize the number of visited pages, the number of visits, visitor’s activity and their frequency of use. For this purpose, Nortour uses estadistic information elaborated by the Internet Service Provider.
