GENERAL TRANSPORT TERMS
I. The issued ticket is personal and non-transferable, and can only be used by the ticket holder. Failure to do so may result in criminal charges.
II.- The ticket holder is entitled to be transported on the route between the Corralejo dock and Isla de Lobos, along with their personal luggage up to a maximum of two (2) pieces, with a combined weight not exceeding 20 kg per person. The transport of contraband and dangerous goods as defined in the IMDG Code is prohibited.
III.- During the trip, the passenger is covered by mandatory travel insurance. The passenger is obligated to comply with general safety and boarding regulations. The company is not responsible if the passenger ignores or violates these rules.
IV.- The ticket price does not include drinks on board, except in the case of the Mini Cruise and Snorkeling, where one drink is included during the excursion.
V.- The company reserves the right to deny passengers access to the ship. Punctual departure times cannot be guaranteed. If necessary, the company may replace the ship assigned to the trip and/or change the schedule or dates of the voyage. The passenger/customer will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price if, due to a decision by the shipping company not based on meteorological, administrative, technical, or similar reasons, the travel date is changed and the customer chooses not to accept said change.
SAW.- Passengers must be at the dock at least 20 minutes before the ship's departure. Boarding begins 20 minutes prior to departure and ends 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time will result in the loss of your reservation, which is non-refundable.
VII.- The ticket is valid only for the booked travel date; if not used, the ticket will be cancelled and non-refundable.
