1. Banknote
The ticket is personal and non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the reservation.
2. Right to transport and baggage
The ticket entitles you to maritime transport between the port of Corralejo and Isla de Lobos, as well as the transport of personal luggage.
For safety reasons and due to the vessel's capacity, Nortour may limit the transport of luggage of excessive dimensions or weight when they may hinder operations or compromise safety on board.
It is not permitted to transport illicit goods or dangerous substances, materials or objects included in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code).
3. Safety on board
During the journey, the passenger will be covered by the Mandatory Travel Insurance, in accordance with current regulations.
Passengers must comply at all times with safety regulations, crew instructions, and boarding conditions. Nortour will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the passenger's failure to comply with these instructions, without prejudice to any rights granted to the passenger under applicable law.
4. Included Services
The ticket price includes only the services expressly indicated during the booking process.
Drinks, meals or other additional services are not included, unless expressly stated in the description of the contracted product.
5. Service modifications
If Nortour changes the travel date due to causes attributable to the company itself, other than weather, technical, administrative or force majeure, the passenger may choose between accepting the new proposed date or requesting a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Boarding
The passenger must present themselves at the boarding point. at least 20 minutes before of the departure time.
Boarding begins 20 minutes before the scheduled departure and ends 10 minutes before of the same. Once boarding is closed, it will not be possible to access the vessel.
Failure to appear before the close of shipment will be considered not shown and will not give the right to a refund.
7. Ticket validity
The ticket is only valid for the date and time booked. If the passenger does not use the reserved service, the ticket will be automatically cancelled and will not be refunded.
8. Permit to visit Lobos Island
A visit to Isla de Lobos requires the corresponding visitor permit issued by the Fuerteventura Island Council.
When the booking is made with the "permit included" option, Nortour will process the request using the data provided by the passenger.
When the booking is made with the "permit not included" option, it will be the passenger's sole responsibility to obtain said permit through the official platform of the Fuerteventura Island Council.
Nortour will not be responsible for incidents arising from incorrect data provided by the passenger or for decisions made by the competent authority.
9. Complementary activities
The complementary activities contracted, such as Ferry to Isla de Lobos + SnorkelingThey may be modified, delayed or cancelled when there are meteorological, safety, operational or technical reasons that prevent their completion with the necessary guarantees.
In these cases, Nortour will offer the appropriate alternatives or refunds according to the nature of the contracted service and the applicable regulations.
10. Personal belongings
Each passenger is responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings during the trip. Nortour will not be liable for the loss, damage, or forgetting of personal items, except where there is legal liability attributable to the company.
