At Nortour we are looking to hire a Customer-oriented sailor to join our team in Corralejo.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working at sea, with a good attitude and ease in dealing with passengers, as they will be an active part of the onboard experience.

Main functions
  • Support in mooring, docking and undocking maneuvers.
  • General maintenance of the ship (cleaning, tidying and basic tasks).
  • Reception and assistance to passengers during the activity.
  • Boarding organization and check-in support.
  • Basic information for customers about the route and the activity.
  • Support in passenger control and counting.
  • Collaboration in the general well-being on board.
Requirements
  • Basic Training Certificate in Maritime Safety.
  • Passenger Ship Certificate.
  • High level of Spanish and English.
  • Residence in Fuerteventura.
  • Availability to work weekends.
It will be valued
  • Experience in customer service (tourism, hospitality, excursions).
  • Experience on passenger vessels.
