A free cancellation policy will apply up to 4 hours before the activity for all bookings made until 30 April 2022 from the date of the selected trip at the time of making the purchase. For reservations made after this date we will maintain the following charges


The holder of the ticket can request a full refund of the amount paid for his purchase, in a period greater than 73 hours before the activity of the date of the selected trip at the time of making the purchase, otherwise the following following management charges shall apply:

  • Cancellation fee of 25% is charged if cancelled 72 hours or less before the activity.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 24 hours or less before the activity.
  • Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 2 hours or less before the activity.

The corresponding amount will be refunded by the same method as your initial payment between 3 and 15 working days approximately.

The company has the right to accept or to refuse a booking due to any reason, among others: no availability, mistaken price, description or image of the service and/or activity as well as adverse weather conditions.


Subject to the seat availability on the ship and authorisations to enter the island of Lobos the ticket holder has the right to request date and time changes up to 72 hours before the trip. For modifications, please phone +34 665852147 or contact form.


As a general rule, the passenger must be ready for boarding and provided with the corresponding documentation, boarding pass and authorisation to visit Lobos Island 20 minutes before the departure time. The limit time of acceptance to boarding is 10 min. before the scheduled departure time of the ship. After the boarding time limit, the reservation of the seat will be automatically lost, leaving the acceptance of the boarding subject to availability.


Aside from the previously mentioned, if the ticket holder does not arrive on the indicated date and time, the ticket will not longer be valid and no refund will be possible. If the ticket has not been used, it will be valid for one year from the date of travel, for which you must contact us.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS In the event that the boat service have been canceled due to bad weather, you can request the change of your ticket for another day or ask for the refund of your money.

IMPORTANT: The above-mentioned conditions are only valid for tickets that have been purchased on our home page. If you have purchased your tickets through a different channel (travel agency, tourist agencies and/or hotel) any refund must be requested to them according to their particular terms and conditions.
