Statement on Security Breach of October 23, 2021

Dear customers,

We regret to inform you, that on the 23th of october 2021, our company has suffered a security breach, having this resulted in personal data being affected.

Following the recommendations of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, all in accordance with the established in the article 34, of RGPD, we inform you that:

  1. We have taken all the necessary computer messures to avoid further consequences, as well as to inform both the Security Forces and the National Institute of Cybersecurity of Spain of this cyber attack.
  2. Also, has our staff received specific training in this matter, provided by our company, to try and avoid a similar event in the future.
  3. Finally, from Nortour S.L., we have verified that the damages have not transcended beyond those already suffered.

Thus, and following one of the main policies of this company, which is the transparency towards our customers, as well as our caring for them, we feel the need to make this communication. Unfortunately, is the aforementioned situation currently on the rise, through fraudulent calls, as well as through phising or forwarding spam. It is for this reason, and giving special emphasis to our company’s sense of responsibility, that we have taken all necessary security measures available, ever since the very first moment that we were conscious of this attack. This we carried out by following the guidelines from both the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the National Institute of Cybersecurity of Spain, thus keeping all data safe.
